Our red wine Escudero de Bocos 'Roble', from the vintage 2014, has been qualified with 93 points, the post 6th in the ranking of all wines presented and awarded the Gold Medal in the contest "Wine Sub 30", held in Madird (Spain) from 19 to 23 May 2016.
Wine Sub30 contest, known since 2004 and has 18 editions held in Argentina, Uruguay and Spain. In the same wineries wines concerned they are presented in young consumers to be an event of enormous potential for the sector.
The Director and founder of the competition, is the journalist Daniel López Roca, who said that "most wine producers does not effectively target their message to young consumers to rely on stereotypes that exist about their tastes. Only by knowing their true preferences may be successful in spreading the wine in new generations".
VinoSub30 Spain 2016, 2nd edition, has been organized by the consulting WineMind. The realization of VinoSub30 was made possible through support provided by Artiem Hotels, Productions Mala Mala S.L. and Flor de Sal Seville.
The Jury VinoSub30
Spain VinoSub30 jury was comprised of 2016 young people aged between 23 and 29 who scored freely in a register on the website. The conditions have asked is that like wine, not employed by wineries or distributors or owning wineries. They are:
