Señorío de Bocos 'Verdejo Barrel' of the Land of Wine of Zamora is an excellent white wine of the grape variety known there as 'verdeja', whose vineyards are concentrated almost exclusively in the village of Villamor de los Escuderos where our wineries.

We wanted to obtain the most outstanding organoleptic contrasts of this grape. To do this, we proceeded to select the best grains and ferment their must in new French oak barrels and then raise it there for six months; and after sleeping a few more months in the bottle. The result of this effort and commitment, a gourmet wine, we offer it to you with great satisfaction for your palates.

Technical Data: 
Alcohol content: 14% Vol. Sugar reducers: 1’43 g/l. Total acidity (H2SO4): 6'06 g/l. pH: 3’38.
Tasting Notes: 
Colour: Straw yellow with lemon tones, clean, bright, glyceric, abundant tear. Noise: Good intensity, frank and clean, very varietal, elegant. Aromas of stone fruits (peach), citrus, fennel, mountain grass, well assembled with wood that adds complexity. Aromas of nuts, butter and pastry cream (Bolleria). Palate: Unctuous, with a greasy touch. Velvety with a lot of volume. Good acidity (slightly high) and pleasant bitter touch typical of the variety.
Food matching: 
An ideal accompaniment to all kinds of fish, pasta, rice, snacks and appetizers. To serve between 5º - 8ºC.
