The Zurbano street, exactly in number 13, brings to life a new restaurant opening in Madrid: the Conlaya Restaurant. It offers a cuisine with touches of author and clear Cantabrian traditions, to the daily limit to bring the fish directly from the fish market in Santander, and their meat, which also come from pasiegas lands.
It has two dining rooms with a total capacity for 48 diners, one of them can not be privatized for smoking-, and also in the bar you can enjoy excellent tapas, as well as much of the incoming letter. At noon, Monday through Friday, including a "dish of the day" to 12 € + VAT that varies daily. Its opening hours are from 11: 00h to 16: 00h and 20: 00h to 00: 00h. WIFI is available. Closed all day Sunday and Monday night.
