Señorio de Bocos, through its distributor in Bizkaia, Farbu, showed its appreciation to the winner of the contests Parrilleros of Bizkaia and Euskadi 2015 for his art with the embers and burners.
Gontzal Bobillo, chef of Restaurant La Brasserie (Hotel Igeretxe), received the appreciation from Señorio de Bocos to proclaim himself the winner, first, of the contest I Parrilleros of Bizkay held in Getxo on June 13, 2015 and then of the III Basque Parrilleros contest, held in Donostia - San Sebastian on November 27, 2015.
